Talk Outline

Discussion about AI in law has largely focused on whether we can trust this technology. This framing may be too narrow. This session will explore the deeper trust equation - challenging not just how we evaluate AI, but how we evaluate the performance of processes we have long taken for granted. The session will make the case that trust is not a governance issue but a transformation enabler.
