Laura Hodgson is a legal innovation leader with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of law and technology. Currently Principal Product Manager at Clio, she leads research and knowledge for Vincent, Clio's AI product, bringing her deep understanding of legal practice to the development of cutting-edge AI tools for the legal sector. Laura's career has been defined by a passion for modernising legal services. Before stepping into her current role, she was Gen AI Lead at Linklaters LLP where she drove firm-wide adoption of generative AI, overseeing responsible AI governance and leading a multidisciplinary team spanning technology, legal expertise, strategy, and client engagement. Prior to that, she held innovation and knowledge leadership roles at both Linklaters and Norton Rose Fulbright, pioneering digital platforms and championing the use of AI to transform how legal knowledge is delivered. With deep roots in insurance and financial regulation law and a track record of building products that bridge legal expertise and cutting-edge technology, Laura brings a rare combination of legal rigour and innovation leadership to every room she enters.
